About Jorge Heron
Hi I’m George Heron presenter of the Daily Drop; A daily show that aims to lift you from your busy life and give you an injection of great music & a bit of gossip each day at 10am. After a career in the Merchant Navy and the Police Force, I have been involved in radio for a good few years now, and have diversified into writing comedy sketch’s for TV, acting, directing and producing.
As a product of the 60’s my musical influences come from the 80s but I do enjoy music from across the decades; you’ll find much of these in my daily show THE DAILY DROP where I will try to bring you uplifting tracks to help your morning along.
